Requirements:

  • Specialized certification/degree from an approved culinary school and 6 years of experience in a high-volume, hospitality-oriented, and customer-service-focused environment.
  • ServSafe certification or ability to obtain within 90 days of hire.
  • Proficiency with computer programs, including Microsoft Office, and data-base types of menu systems for menu forecasting, building, and recipe creation.
  • Supervisory leadership skills.
