ENT Clinic Patient Services Coordinator

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Patient Services Specialist to join our team at The Oregon Clinic's busy Ear Nose and Throat Clinic in NE Portland. As a key member of our front office team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional patient care and administrative support to our patients and staff.
Key Responsibilities- Welcome and greet patients, ensuring a positive and welcoming experience
- Collect co-pays and obtain and complete insurance information
- Answer phones and schedule new and existing patient appointments
- Scan and update records, and perform other administrative duties as assigned
- Travel to our ENT East Gresham location as needed
- Minimum of 1 year of medical front office experience in a specialty clinic
- Prior EMR experience preferred, with EPIC a plus
- Excellent customer service skills and a positive attitude
- Ability to communicate professionally and effectively with patients, staff, and providers
