Key Responsibilities:- Welcome and greet patients in a friendly and professional manner
- Collect co-pays and obtain insurance information
- Answer phone calls and schedule appointments
- Update patient records and perform other administrative tasks
- Minimum 1 year of medical front office experience in a specialty clinic
- Excellent customer service skills and a positive attitude
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
- Competitive hourly rates: $18.33-$24.81 per hour (Level I), $27.29 per hour (Level II), and $30.01 per hour (Level III)
