We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Patient Services Specialist to join our team at The Oregon Clinic. As a key member of our front office staff, you will be responsible for providing exceptional patient care and administrative support to our busy Ear Nose and Throat Clinic.
Key Responsibilities:- Welcome and greet patients, ensuring a positive and welcoming experience
- Collect co-pays and obtain insurance information
- Answer phones and schedule new and existing patient appointments
- Scan and update patient records
- Perform other administrative duties as assigned
- Minimum of 1 year of medical front office experience in a specialty clinic
- Prior EMR experience preferred; EPIC a plus
- Excellent customer service skills
- Excellent attendance and work ethic
- Positive attitude and desire to be a team player
