Lead Financial Analyst - Innovative SaaS Organization

Location: Remote

$100,000 - $115,000

Our client, a dynamic and rapidly growing SaaS organization, is in search of a talented Lead Financial Analyst to enhance their finance department. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in overseeing intricate accounting operations and implementing process enhancements in a fast-evolving setting.

Essential Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or a related discipline; CPA or CPA eligibility is highly desirable.
- 3-5 years of progressive experience in accounting within a public accounting firm or a high-growth SaaS environment.
- Comprehensive understanding of U.S. GAAP, internal controls, and financial reporting.
- Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel and familiarity with complex ERP systems (NetSuite preferred).
- Experience managing multiple legal entities is advantageous.

Key Responsibilities:

- Oversee monthly, quarterly, and annual closing processes.
- Evaluate financial data, identify discrepancies, and offer insights to facilitate informed decision-making.
- Collaborate with various departments to optimize processes and ensure regulatory compliance.
- Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting activities.
- Support external audit requests and uphold robust internal controls.
