Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver financial insights and daily reports to the management team, aiding in the assessment of financial and operational outcomes.
  • Monitor and evaluate shop performance, ensuring alignment with forecasted key performance indicators (KPIs), while providing regular updates to leadership.
  • Assist in the monthly closing processes and collaborate with business unit managers to prepare and submit forecasts.
  • Act as a financial advisor for CSMC Operations, offering strategic guidance on shop volume, labor metrics, operating expenses, and inventory management.
  • Contribute to the long-range planning efforts, focusing on shop load, overhead costs, and workforce requirements.
  • Identify potential risks and opportunities, communicating findings to management in a timely manner.
  • Support financial analysis for cost reduction initiatives and other ad-hoc projects.

Qualifications:

To be considered for this role, candidates must possess:
  • A Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accounting, or Business Administration with a minimum of 8 years of relevant experience; or an advanced degree with at least 5 years of experience in finance, accounting, or operations.
  • U.S. Citizenship, as access to certain systems and data is restricted to U.S. citizens.

Preferred Qualifications:
  • Exceptional communication skills and a proven ability to collaborate within cross-functional teams.
  • A proactive self-starter who thrives in a dynamic work environment.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to plan, forecast, and track progress effectively.
  • Proficiency in Excel, SAP, HFM, and Business Warehouse.
