Key Responsibilities:

Perform in-depth evaluations of distribution costs, ensuring accuracy and identifying potential savings. Review incoming invoices for compliance with contracts and address any discrepancies. Create efficient processes for managing expenses and enhancing productivity. Generate reports detailing expense trends and provide actionable insights to management. Support the development of budgets and forecasts related to distribution expenses. Ensure compliance with financial regulations and internal policies. Collaborate with vendors, suppliers, and IT departments to drive cost-saving initiatives and process improvements.

Qualifications and Skills:

Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, or a related discipline. 2-3 years of experience in financial analysis or a similar role. Proficient in data analysis tools such as Excel, SQL, and Tableau. Excellent analytical and communication abilities. Detail-oriented with a capacity for independent work. Knowledge of distribution processes is advantageous.
