Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Financial Systems Analyst to join our team at Access. The successful candidate will be responsible for the build, development, support, configuration, and maintenance of our Finance Information Systems across the Access network.

Key Responsibilities
  • Project Management: Lead the management and auditing of Financial Information Systems, including implementation, training, documentation, and reports management and monitoring.
  • Vendor Liaison: Maintain consistent communication with vendor teams to ensure maximum use of Finance Information Software functionality.
  • Software Optimization: Actively seek feedback from finance leadership and teams regarding Finance Software functionality and monitor and analyze performance of Finance Information Systems.
  • Reporting: Design reports and dashboards to accurately measure company financial performance and design reports to support internal and external data requests.
  • Accounting: Post adjusting journal entries, analyze and reconcile accounts, perform year-end analyses, and other accounting functions in good form and in accordance with U.S. GAAP.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree in Accounting and 2 years of experience with general ledger systems.
  • Background experience in electronic health record systems.
  • Experience leading implementations of Finance Information Systems.
  • Sage Intacct, Netsmart Suite, IMA, Evero, and/or Certify experience is a plus.
  • Intermediate computer skills with demonstrated strengths in Excel and database software.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment and independently when necessary.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
