Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage the process flow for all grant programs, ensuring seamless execution and timely delivery.
  • Support program managers in grant database development, eligibility screenings, financial reviews, panel review, scoring, award notification, grant tracking, and reporting.
  • Coordinate with our Salesforce team for technical support and troubleshooting, ensuring optimal system performance.
  • Maintain and update the database of applicant files, profiles, and funding history, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
  • Create and maintain online training guides, materials, and resources for grantees and panelists, promoting best practices and knowledge sharing.
  • Recruit and train qualified reviewers, reflecting diverse expertise and program knowledge, to ensure high-quality evaluations.
  • Prepare grant reports for CCI council approval, providing detailed insights and recommendations.

  • Streamline grantmaking workflow processes, applications/forms, templates, guidelines, reports, and data for enhanced efficiency, reducing administrative burdens.
Impact Measuring and Data Analysis:
  • Develop reports, dashboards, and processes to continuously monitor data, providing actionable insights for program improvement.
  • Collaborate with program staff to synthesize and visualize data for reporting purposes and to inform decision-making, ensuring data-driven decision-making.
Accessibility:
  • Serve as CCI's 504 Accessibility Coordinator, ensuring compliance with accessibility regulations and promoting inclusive practices.
  • Co-manage accessibility programs with CCI Program Manager, fostering a culture of accessibility and equity.
  • Advance CCI's equity, diversity, and inclusion through learning opportunities and participation in internal and external working groups, promoting a culture of inclusivity.
  • Support compliance of all grant materials with digital accessibility requirements, ensuring equal access for all stakeholders.

  • High-level proficiency in Grants Management Systems - experience with Salesforce a plus, with a focus on system administration and technical support.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience and/or knowledge of arts, culture, creative industries, and/or nonprofit sector, with a focus on industry knowledge and expertise.
  • Knowledge of Salesforce, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, and Drupal web platform or similar platforms, with a focus on technical skills and system administration.
