Grant Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Grant Manager to join our Development Department. The successful candidate will be responsible for researching, drafting, and submitting proposals to secure funding from foundations and corporations. They will also manage the implementation and compliance of awarded grants, ensuring our organization meets its financial goals and supports our programs and initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with the VP of Development to identify new funding prospects and develop grant proposals.
- Research and analyze data to create compelling grant proposals and reports.
- Manage the submission process and follow up on the status of submitted proposals.
- Develop and maintain a master tracking system for all pending grants and contracts.
- Stay up-to-date on relevant statistics and trends to enhance the quality and relevance of proposals.
Requirements:
- 25 years of experience in grant writing or related fields.
- Strong organizational and project management skills.
- Experience using CRM and project management tools.
- Exceptional attention to detail and ability to develop efficient systems.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a dynamic team environment.
What We Offer:
- Competitive salary range: $62,000 - $74,400 annually.
- 15 days of vacation per year, plus holidays and limited duties.
