Business Development Lead

**Job Description**
We are seeking a skilled Business Development Lead to join our team at HomployeeHub.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales and business development, with a proven ability to build relationships and drive revenue growth.
The estimated salary for this role is $115,000 per year, based on industry standards and location.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage a high volume of inbound prospect calls through to a closed sale
- Maintain and expand the company's client database with outreach to existing clients and decision makers within targeted leads
- Present HomployeeHub with genuine enthusiasm, while determining the best experience fit for your customers' needs
- Manage creation and presentation of proposals for prospective clients
- Run and manage inbound and outbound email and call campaigns
- Support company's marketing efforts with paid media partners
- Attend periodic sales training where applicable
- Attend client virtual events where applicable
