**Job Description**

We are seeking a skilled Business Development Lead to join our team at HomployeeHub.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales and business development, with a proven ability to build relationships and drive revenue growth.

The estimated salary for this role is $115,000 per year, based on industry standards and location.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage a high volume of inbound prospect calls through to a closed sale
  • Maintain and expand the company's client database with outreach to existing clients and decision makers within targeted leads
  • Present HomployeeHub with genuine enthusiasm, while determining the best experience fit for your customers' needs
  • Manage creation and presentation of proposals for prospective clients
  • Run and manage inbound and outbound email and call campaigns
  • Support company's marketing efforts with paid media partners
  • Attend periodic sales training where applicable
  • Attend client virtual events where applicable
