Construction Industry Business Development Lead

We are seeking an experienced Construction Industry Business Development Lead to join our team at Re-Systems Group Americas Inc. as an Outside Sales Manager.
The successful candidate will have a strong background in sales and business development, with a deep understanding of the construction industry and waterproofing technologies.
This role offers the opportunity to drive revenue growth and market expansion through strategic planning, sales leadership, and technical expertise.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct in-depth market analysis to identify new business opportunities, including market segments, geographical areas, and emerging trends.
- Evaluate market dynamics, competitive landscape, and customer needs to inform strategic decision-making and resource allocation.
- Explore and establish new sales channels, including retail partnerships, distribution networks, and strategic alliances, to expand market reach and penetration.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in the construction industry or building envelope sector is highly desirable.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Management, Construction Management, Architecture, or related fields; advanced degrees are a plus.
- Minimum of 5 years' experience in sales and business development, preferably within construction or waterproofing.
- Demonstrated leadership skills with a proven ability to motivate and manage sales teams effectively.
Compensation:
The estimated salary for this position is $120,000 - $150,000 per year, depending on experience, with performance-based incentives and a comprehensive benefits package.
