About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Business Development Lead to join our team at Monaire. In this role, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth by identifying, qualifying, and closing new business opportunities within the customer industry.

Key Responsibilities
  • Strategic Planning
    • Develop and execute strategic plans to drive revenue growth and expand Monaire's presence within the customer industry.
  • Closing Deals
    • Conduct insightful discovery calls to delve into the customer's business objectives and pain points as it relates to HVAC and Refrigeration systems, utility bills, repair costs, and downtime.
    • Introduce the Monaire solution as the ideal solution to address their unique needs and challenges, specifically targeting HVAC and refrigeration equipment for their business.
    • Craft tailored proposals that align seamlessly with each customer's specific requirements and budgetary constraints.
  • Customer Relationship Management
    • Maintain regular engagement with clients, providing ongoing support, guidance, and consultation tailored to their specific HVAC and refrigeration needs.
    • Proactively identify and address potential issues or concerns with the utmost urgency, ensuring customer satisfaction and fostering unwavering loyalty.
About You

To succeed in this role, you must have:

  • A minimum of 3+ years of experience in sales or business development, preferably within the customer industry.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills to effectively engage with decision-makers at all levels.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to identify and address restaurateurs' business challenges.
  • Demonstrated ability to build rapport and trust with customers, fostering long-term relationships.
  • Proficiency in using Zoho/SalesForce/Zendesk CRM platforms or a similar customer relationship management system.
  • Proven ability to work independently and as part of a team to achieve sales goals.
  • Flexible and adaptable approach to working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
