Position Overview

Staffmark Group is collaborating with a dynamic and enthusiastic organization that is on the lookout for new talent to fill the role of Customer Service Representative. This position is essential for ensuring exceptional service delivery to our clients.


Compensation

Hourly Rate: $18/hr.


Work Schedule

Shift: Day shift


Key Responsibilities
  • Engage with both internal and external clients to clarify service terms and conditions.
  • Respond promptly to inquiries and concerns via phone and email.
  • Resolve issues effectively to enhance customer satisfaction.
  • Build and maintain positive relationships through empathy, patience, and professionalism.

Qualifications
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
  • Experience in a call center environment.
  • Ability to document customer interactions accurately.
  • Bilingual skills in English and Spanish are preferred.
