Customer Engagement Strategist

About the RoleWe are seeking an experienced Customer Marketing Manager to join our internal marketing team. This role reports directly to the VP of Marketing and plays a crucial part in supporting our customer growth and satisfaction initiatives.
The ideal candidate will have 3+ years of experience working in or with B2B SaaS, specifically in customer marketing roles. They should possess a strong understanding of B2B marketing, particularly paid ad strategy and CRO. Additionally, they should be proficient in using advertising platforms and tools such as Google Ads, Facebook Business Manager, and LinkedIn Campaign Manager.
Responsibilities- Work closely with the operations team to drive customer growth and revenue
- Develop and execute customer engagement strategies to build client trust and relationships
- Cross-sell services that align with client goals and objectives
- Collaborate with the marketing team to build and execute a customer engagement playbook
- Measure and report on customer growth metrics, including NRR and churn rate
We offer a competitive salary of $120,000 - $150,000 per year, depending on experience. Additionally, we provide a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision plans, disability, and life insurance coverage. Our remote-first work environment allows you to work from anywhere in the US, with the option to enjoy our state-of-the-art offices in Irvine, California.
