About the Role
We are seeking a skilled Revenue Cycle Strategist to join our team at Engage Search, LLC. As a Vice President of Healthcare Operations, you will be responsible for leading the development and implementation of revenue cycle strategies that optimize best practice processes in healthcare.
Responsibilities:
- As a change agent, you will lead the enterprise-wide development and implementation of revenue cycle strategies.
- You will serve as a liaison and provide support and information to practices and 3rd party vendors where applicable.
- You will assess and respond to current and future internal and external healthcare trends.
- You will maintain a collaborative relationship with management across the region and encourage collaboration between practices, corporate, and 3rd party vendors.
- You will directly participate in financial forecasts and KPI analysis.
- You will develop and oversee quality assurance performance in partnership with vendors.
- You will partner with compliance on applicable regulations and standards.
- You will identify process improvement opportunities by understanding workflows and bottlenecks.
- You will work effectively with operations teams to improve front office and RCM operations.
- You will develop RCM KPIs that focus on collection abilities and benchmarking across the network.
- You will partner with finance and operations teams to evaluate collection capabilities.
- You are accountable for complete, timely, and accurate delivery of recurring tasks and month-end reporting functions.
- You will perform other duties as assigned to drive the mission of improving lives of everyone living with cancer.
Qualifications/Competencies:
- 10+ years of relevant healthcare operations experience with Senior Level RCM experience required.
- Bachelor's degree is required, Master's Degree preferred.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills are required.
- You must be detail-oriented and organized.
- You must have high integrity and maintenance of confidential information.
- You may need to work a flexible schedule including some evenings and weekends based on business needs.
- You should demonstrate ability to manage large teams and create a culture of high performance and accountability.
Estimated Salary: $120,000 - $180,000 per year
