Primary Duties:
- Welcome guests with a friendly and approachable attitude during their arrival and departure.
- Efficiently oversee the check-in and check-out procedures.
- Address guest inquiries and provide comprehensive information regarding the hotel, accommodations, amenities, and nearby attractions.
- Respond to and direct incoming phone calls in a timely and professional manner.
- Manage guest complaints and resolve issues promptly and effectively.
- Process payments and maintain accurate billing records.
- Ensure the front desk area is clean and organized at all times.
- Assist with booking and cancellation of reservations.
- Collaborate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to fulfill guest requests and resolve issues.
- Deliver outstanding customer service to guarantee guest satisfaction.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent qualification.
- Prior experience in customer service or hospitality is advantageous.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Capability to multitask and thrive in a dynamic environment.
- Familiarity with hotel management software and basic computer skills.
- Professional appearance and conduct.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
