Primary Duties:

  • Welcome guests with a friendly and approachable attitude during their arrival and departure.
  • Efficiently oversee the check-in and check-out procedures.
  • Address guest inquiries and provide comprehensive information regarding the hotel, accommodations, amenities, and nearby attractions.
  • Respond to and direct incoming phone calls in a timely and professional manner.
  • Manage guest complaints and resolve issues promptly and effectively.
  • Process payments and maintain accurate billing records.
  • Ensure the front desk area is clean and organized at all times.
  • Assist with booking and cancellation of reservations.
  • Collaborate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to fulfill guest requests and resolve issues.
  • Deliver outstanding customer service to guarantee guest satisfaction.

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent qualification.
