Key Responsibilities- Provide high-quality patient care and support services, including phlebotomy, lab specimen processing, and documentation of patient care services.
- Collaborate with physicians, other medical providers, and patients to ensure seamless care and service delivery.
- Utilize computer systems to enter lab results, print labels, and manage patient records.
- Provide exceptional customer service to patients, responding to their needs and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
- Schedule appointments, answer phone calls, check patients in/out, and manage prescription refills and pre-authorizations.
- Must have completed formal MA education/certification.
- Strong phlebotomy skills and extensive knowledge of insurance/benefits, medical terminology, and medical billing.
- Background in women's health and fertility/IVF experience preferred.
- Strong patient orientation, teamwork, and professionalism, with excellent customer service skills.
