About the Position

Dexis Consulting Group is seeking a highly qualified CCMD Coordinator to support the Defense Security Cooperation Agency for anticipated work in Washington, DC. The successful candidate will possess a strong background in defense policy and operations, with 5 or more years of experience as a military officer or civilian in the security sector.

The salary for this position is estimated at $100,000 per year, based on national averages for similar roles in the United States.

Responsibilities:

  • Support the programmatic goals of this Task Order to provide the Defense Security Cooperation Agency (DSCA) with a broad range of support, including but not limited to desk and field research, analysis, data collection and visualization, strategy development, policy writing and coordination, assessment, monitoring and evaluation (AM&E) capacity building, event facilitation, and administrative backstopping to meet current and evolving security cooperation AM&E requirements.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree;
  • 5 or more years of experience as a military officer or civilian in the security sector for a department, agency or bureau of the U.S. government, to include experience and knowledge of defense policy and operations;
  • 5 years of experience developing assessment and evaluation strategies; designing tools for data collection such as survey instruments, data collection and reporting tools, analyzing the resultant data using quantitative and qualitative methods;
  • 10 or more years of executive-level management experience, leading multidisciplined teams of analysts, and other personnel;
  • Secret clearance
