The Command Center Duty Representative will be responsible for monitoring events affecting the Capitol Complex, notifying leadership and coordinating responses as needed. This is a unique opportunity to work in a high-paced environment with rapidly changing priorities.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Monitor USCP radio, media reports, and other sources of information to obtain critical information.
  2. Assess impacts such as road and door closures or other restrictions.
  3. Liaise with USCP, House Sergeant at Arms, Senate Sergeant at Arms, and other legislative and government agencies.
  4. Coordinate AOC's response to incidents affecting AOC operations and/or the security of the Capitol Complex.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • A current Top Secret personnel security clearance and the ability to maintain such clearance throughout the life of the contract.
  • A minimum of five (5), preferably seven (7), years of experience working in law enforcement, security, emergency management, or operations centers.
  • Demonstrated ability working in a high-paced environment with rapidly changing priorities and the ability to adapt and manage new priorities.
