Strategic Financial Coordinator for International Security Programs

The Techniko LLC is seeking a highly skilled Strategic Financial Coordinator to join our team. As a key member of our international security programs, you will be responsible for coordinating the budgeting and execution process of large-scale security assistance programs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support program officers in extracting financial data from various systems, including Oracle, SQL, and MS Access, and present it in a clear and concise manner.
  • Utilize data visualization tools like Tableau and Power BI to create informative dashboards and reports that aid in budget planning and execution.
  • Draft and track funding approval processes for over $6 billion in annual security assistance programming.
  • Provide research, data collection, analysis, and reporting on country programs using current data management systems and tools.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • A minimum of 2 years' experience working on budget and fiscal processes for large-scale programs, preferably in the Department of State or Department of Defense.
  • At least 1 year's experience in data extraction and presentation using a combination of Oracle, MS Access, MS SQL Management Studio, Tableau, R Language, or Power BI.
  • Strong analytical skills, with the ability to forecast and interpret budgetary and financial resources.
  • Experience in budget formulation and analysis support for all office programs.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to present complex information effectively.
