Dexis Consultant for Ukraine Security Assistance

Job Overview:
Dexis Consulting Group is seeking a qualified Authority Coordinator to support ongoing work with the Defense Security Cooperation Agency (DSCA) on the Ukraine Security Assistance Initiative (USAI). This role is part of a large contract that provides assessment, monitoring, and evaluation (AM&E) support.
Responsibilities:
- Provide guidance and assistance in developing and implementing AM&E activities, including frameworks, logic models, strategic indicators, and monitoring plans.
- Develop and present briefings, memos, and written products to senior leaders in the security cooperation community.
- Support development and refinement of AM&E products.
- Provide day-to-day research, analysis, and program support services.
- Manage AM&E projects and tasks.
- Support continued development of AM&E processes and procedures.
Qualifications:
- A Bachelor's degree;
- 3 years of experience planning, designing or implementing assessment, monitoring and evaluation programs or projects;
- 3 years of experience planning, executing, or overseeing policy or guidance for SC activities implemented under the aforementioned authority USAI. This may include work with Ukraine focusing on security activities, EUCOM, audits, and/or the Presidential Drawdown Authority (PDA).
- At least 8 years of relevant experience;
- An Active Secret clearance.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with SharePoint, MS Planner, MS Office;
- Experience briefing at the General Officer level;
- Experience writing for DoD.
Salary Range: $111,000—$134,000 USD per year. Dexis evaluates compensation holistically, considering external market research, internal equity, and organizational needs.
