About the Role

Watermark Risk Management International is seeking a skilled Construction Security Technician to join our team. This exciting opportunity will see you play a vital role in ensuring the security and integrity of sensitive construction sites.

Key Responsibilities
  • Monitor construction activities on sensitive security projects and locations, adhering to established security policies and procedures.
  • Collaborate with the Government Site Security Manager to ensure seamless security operations and effective risk management.
  • Conduct thorough inspections of construction materials, tools, and equipment to prevent unauthorized access and tampering.
  • Document all security incidents and report them to the Contracting Officer's Representative.
Requirements
  • A current Top Secret personnel security clearance and ability to maintain it throughout the contract term.
  • A minimum of five years' construction experience, preferably seven years, with three years directly related to Sensitive Compartmented Information Facilities construction or physical security.
  • Demonstrated knowledge of physical security policies and procedures, as well as Intelligence Community security guidelines.
  • Comprehensive understanding of construction trades, including electrical, plumbing, and carpentry.
