The ideal candidate will have a strong background in assessment, monitoring, and evaluation, as well as experience working with interagency teams.

Salary: $75,000 - $110,000 per year

Job Description

The Global Security Cooperation Specialist will be responsible for leading the management of AM&E Sub-Working Groups as part of the Interagency AM&E Community of Interest (CoI). This includes planning, design, and implementation of Sub-Working Groups focused on topics such as geographic regions, types of Security Cooperation programs, and AM&E policy and doctrine.

  • Responsibilities:
  • Lead the management of AM&E Sub-Working Groups
  • Support planning, design, and implementation of Sub-Working Groups
  • Manage the schedule and invitations for Working Group and Sub-Working Group meetings
  • Draft updates on Sub-Working Group progress for regular client status reports

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree
  • 5-7 years of experience strategizing, planning, designing, or implementing assessment, monitoring or evaluation programs or projects in the security sector
  • 2 years of experience coordinating interagency monitoring and evaluation efforts
  • Active DoD secret security clearance
