Job Title: Territory Account Manager - Advanced Solutions

EquipmentShare is seeking a Territory Account Manager to expand our existing customer base by building relationships with contractors and construction company principals. The ideal candidate will have superior outside sales experience and skills with a proven sales track record.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage a geographical territory to execute sales strategies, including market analysis, sales forecasting, pipeline management, and revenue growth.
  • Respond to inbound leads and requests, familiar with CRM systems.
  • Develop new business and client acquisition, expanding our customer base through relationship-building and educating customers on EquipmentShare's solutions.
  • Maintain and nurture existing customer relationships to ensure 100% satisfaction with service and support.
Requirements:
  • 10+ years of outside sales experience with a proven track record.
  • Pump, Power & HVAC equipment or industry knowledge, with experience in B2B sales preferred.
  • Strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills.
  • Technical aptitude to adapt to a fast-paced growing company.
