Your primary responsibility will be to coach our customers, understanding their buying reasons and driving value in each case. You'll validate product adoption and usage, helping our customers achieve their business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

* Develop and maintain a comprehensive knowledge of all company products and services
* Encourage adoption of new product features as they are released
* Drive business and revenue growth by creating and maintaining trusting relationships with customers
* Be a trusted advisor to customers, driving continued value of our products and services

Requirements:

* 2+ years of Customer Success Management experience in the SaaS industry
* Strong understanding of the value of Customer Success and how to drive product adoption using change management strategies
* Excellent organizational skills, with demonstrated follow through
* Great communicator, setting expectations and managing tasks to completion
* Ability to connect with business owners and contractors that are using our platform
* Proven experience solving problems and providing solutions, while helping teach complex concepts in a way that is easy to understand
