About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Director, Asset Protection Shrink Analytics to join our team. As a key member of our Asset Protection organization, you will be responsible for leading the development and implementation of strategies to mitigate inventory shrinkage and protect company assets.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement data-driven strategies to identify and address inventory shrinkage trends and patterns.
  • Lead cross-functional teams to investigate and resolve shrinkage issues, and implement corrective actions to prevent future occurrences.
  • Collaborate with business partners to develop and implement process improvements to reduce inventory shrinkage and improve operational efficiency.
  • Provide analytical support to inform business decisions and drive strategic initiatives to reduce inventory shrinkage and protect company assets.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including business partners, field associates, and senior leadership.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or related field, and 5 years' experience in asset protection, global security, auditing, program management, or related area.
  • 3 years' supervisory experience.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with ability to interpret complex data sets and develop actionable insights.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to build and maintain relationships with diverse stakeholders.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Master's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, Finance, or related field.
  • Leading cross-functional teams.
  • Monitoring and managing compliance with local, state, and federal regulations.
