About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Director, Asset Protection Shrink Analytics to join our team. As a key member of our Asset Protection department, you will be responsible for leading the development and implementation of strategies to mitigate inventory shrinkage and protect company assets.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement data-driven strategies to reduce inventory shrinkage and protect company assets
  • Lead cross-functional teams to analyze business objectives and customer needs, and develop business strategies, plans, and practices
  • Analyze costs and forecasts, and incorporate them into business plans
  • Determine and support resource requirements, evaluate operational processes, and measure outcomes to ensure desired results
  • Identify and capitalize on improvement opportunities, promote a customer environment, and demonstrate adaptability and sponsoring continuous learning
  • Develop and implement strategies to attract and maintain a highly skilled and engaged workforce
  • Cultivate an environment where associates respect and adhere to company standards of integrity and ethics
  • Develop and leverage internal and external partnerships and networks to maximize the achievement of business goals
  • Lead asset protection strategies, processes, and best practices, and conduct modeling and statistical analyses
  • Lead projects and programs as a subject matter expert to investigate and resolve surges in shrink levels for affected areas
  • Direct the development of strategic risk mitigation programs, data systems, and services
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Production/Operations Management, or related field, and 5 years' experience in asset protection, global security, auditing, program management, or related area
  • 3 years' supervisory experience
  • Leading cross-functional teams, Master's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, Finance, or related field, Monitoring and managing compliance with local, state, and federal regulations
