Responsibilities:
  • Efficiently complete work orders within the specified time frame.
  • Ensure timely turnover of apartments within 5 days post-vacancy.
  • Inspect buildings and address mechanical system repairs to meet health and safety regulations.
  • Conduct maintenance on electrical systems, including replacing bulbs and repairing circuit panels.
  • Oversee plumbing and heating system repairs.
  • Prepare and paint both interior and exterior surfaces of buildings.

  • Familiarity with tools, appliances, and devices commonly used in maintenance.
  • Strong manual dexterity and attention to detail.
  • Ability to solve problems effectively.
