Catering and Off-Premise Sales Lead

We are seeking a highly motivated sales professional to join our team as a Catering and Off-Premise Sales Lead. The successful candidate will be responsible for expanding our client base, maintaining existing relationships, and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver and present catering orders according to NaanStop standards to offices, homes, and event spaces.
  • Communicate with clients via phone regarding order details and timeliness.
  • Collaborate with in-store teams to prepare and package orders for delivery.
  • Provide exceptional customer service to potential and current NaanStop guests.
  • Maintain high standards in punctuality, communication, service, and teamwork.
  • Prospect daily to generate new catering leads through email blasts, phone calls, on-site visits, and attending networking events.
  • Meet the quota for in-person sales outreach.
  • Interview, hire, and train delivery drivers.
  • Develop systems, procedures, and checklists to ensure order accuracy and timely service.
Requirements:
  • Outgoing personality with robust sales skills.
  • Punctuality and reliability.
  • Strong work ethic and determination.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Ability to lift 50lbs.
  • Basic computer and technology skills, including Microsoft Word, Excel, web, and smartphone-based applications.
  • Valid Driver's License, clean vehicle, and car insurance required.
  • Innovative problem-solving skills.
About the Role:

This is a full-time position working primarily Monday – Friday from 8 am to 3 pm, with some evening and weekend work (10 – 20%). There may be opportunities to work in-store for additional income.

Growth Opportunities:

The salary range for this position is $60,000 - $80,000 per year, depending on experience.
