- Utilize critical thinking to analyze changes in demand, production, and contribution from various channels.

- Maintain a friendly, objective, and service-oriented demeanor in all interactions.

Primary Responsibilities:
- Complete necessary training in hospitality systems and processes.
- Prepare and analyze daily demand reports and reports for revenue strategy meetings; identify future strategy opportunities.
- Conduct Group Displacements as required.
- Modify rate and inventory controls as needed and communicate changes to the strategy teams.
- Assist in the implementation of annual strategic pricing, including rate loading.
- Schedule and analyze market pricing reports to identify pricing opportunities and competitive pressures.
- Develop a comprehensive understanding of TravelClick 360 reports for trends, booking windows, and competitive rates.
- Communicate sales strategies for various timeframes and share strategic changes with relevant stakeholders.
- Evaluate previous night’s performance: Did the hotel achieve full occupancy? Were overselling decisions effective?
- Conduct test calls to ensure accuracy in rate quoting and selling approaches.
- Monitor hotel website, OTAs, and GDS channels for accurate rate quoting and restrictions.
- Collaborate with the strategy team to forecast future transient demand and assess actual performance against potential opportunities.
- Participate in meetings and training sessions, and perform additional duties as assigned by management.
