Job Title: Business Analyst III with Hyperion Experience

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Business Analyst III to join our team in Knoxville, TN. As a key member of our dynamic team, you will play a pivotal role in driving data-driven decision-making processes and optimizing our financial performance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather, analyze, and document business requirements.
  • Utilize Hyperion to develop financial models, forecasts, and performance reports.
  • Provide insights and recommendations based on data analysis to support strategic planning and decision-making.
  • Ensure data accuracy and integrity through rigorous analysis and validation.
  • Develop and maintain documentation for business processes and systems.
  • Assist in the implementation and enhancement of Hyperion applications and tools.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to data and systems.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Information Systems, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in business analysis, with a strong focus on Hyperion.
  • Proven track record of developing and managing financial models and reports using Hyperion.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret complex data.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to present findings to stakeholders.
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite, particularly Excel, and experience with other BI tools is a plus.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
