- Address technical inquiries regarding vehicle issues, warranties, services, and repairs.
- Maintain the Customer Success Index at or above the company's established benchmarks.
- Uphold company policies and adhere to operational standards.
- Promote compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
- Foster a positive working relationship with manufacturers and encourage a collaborative work environment.
Qualifications:
- Possess an organized and approachable demeanor.
- Exhibit strong time management capabilities.
- Demonstrate excellent communication skills with customers.
- Maintain a professional and polished appearance.
- Have a proven track record of success in service and sales.
- Show a strong history of positive customer satisfaction outcomes.
- Be team-oriented and self-driven.
- Able to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Hold a clean driving record and a valid driver's license.
- Experience with Reynolds software is preferred.
