Overview
Custom Fabricating & Supplies is seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Support Specialist to join our dynamic team. As a Sales Support Specialist, you will play a vital role in our sales pipeline, responsible for generating new business leads through targeted outreach and strategic adjustment.
Key Responsibilities
- Targeted Outreach: Conduct B2B cold calling and email campaigns to generate new business leads, aiming for quality calls per week.
- Strategic Adjustment: Continuously refine and adjust strategies based on feedback and results.
- Product Knowledge: Maintain a thorough understanding of our products and services to address any questions or concerns.
- Lead Qualification: Qualify leads, identify decision-makers, and gather essential information using various avenues and our CRM system.
- CRM Management: Utilize CRM systems to document and track leads, ensuring timely follow-ups and maintaining accurate records.
- Collaboration: Work closely with the Outside Sales Representative to plan client visits and meet or exceed weekly and monthly targets.
- Quality Commitment: Learn and follow the CFS Quality Policy.
- Policy Adherence: Follow stated policies and procedures.
- Skill Development: Pursue personal development of skills and knowledge necessary for effective performance.
- Customer Relations: Maintain a positive approach towards visitors, customers, and employees.
- Confidentiality: Uphold a high level of confidentiality in all matters involving Custom Fabricating & Supplies.
- Additional Tasks: Perform additional tasks as assigned.
Requirements
- Education: High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Experience: Cold calling experience preferred.
- Tech Savvy: Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite; CRM experience preferred.
