Job Title: Strategic Account Manager - Solar/PV

We are seeking an experienced Strategic Account Manager to join our team. As a key member of our sales organization, you will be responsible for driving Enphase revenue and share growth in a defined set of partner accounts. Your primary objective will be to educate partners on our technology and business propositions, enabling them to sell our solutions and achieve mutually beneficial revenue and profit goals.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute joint business plans to drive Enphase revenue and market share at partner accounts.
  • Manage a portfolio of customers to achieve revenue and share objectives, including acquiring new customers as appropriate.
  • Forecast sales and revenue growth for each account, analyzing historical sales data and market trends.
  • Collaborate with sales management, marketing, customer service, operations, and finance to ensure a best-in-class customer experience.
Requirements:
  • A minimum of 8 years of proven B2B sales experience in a high-tech industry selling via indirect channels.
  • Experience in the solar industry or conventional building trades (electrical, roofing, HVAC).
  • Fluent in French (minimum C1 level) and English (minimum B2 level).
  • Excellent oral, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
  • A results-oriented, self-motivated individual who thrives in a dynamic, high-growth, team-oriented environment.
