Job Summary:

The Sales Manager will be responsible for driving sales growth and profitability within the store. This includes developing and executing sales strategies, managing inventory, and leading a team of sales associates.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and motivate a team of sales associates to achieve sales targets and provide exceptional customer service.
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to drive revenue growth and profitability.
  • Manage inventory levels and merchandise flow-through to ensure optimal sales and customer satisfaction.
  • Provide coaching and development opportunities to sales associates to improve their skills and performance.
  • Collaborate with the General Manager to develop and implement store strategies and tactics.
  • Monitor and analyze sales data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with customers to drive sales and customer loyalty.

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's degree preferred.
  • Minimum two years of experience in retail management, including sales and customer service.
  • Proven track record of driving sales growth and profitability.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills.
  • Ability to analyze data and make informed business decisions.

Working Conditions:
