Summary:


As the Process Improvement Specialist, you will be tasked with continuously seeking opportunities to enhance processes, products, and performance by identifying issues and alternatives to current job tasks or processes, implementing solutions, and measuring outcomes.

You will utilize a comprehensive range of Focused Improvement methodologies and tools to address losses identified in the domains of Safety, Quality, and Manufacturing.

In this role, you will employ various process enhancement strategies, including lean manufacturing, Six Sigma principles, Value Stream Mapping, Total Productive Maintenance (TPM), and Kaizen.

Your responsibility will be to gather data and evaluate existing operational procedures to determine the most suitable continuous improvement technique for our context.


Responsibilities:
Essential duties and responsibilities include:

• Training employees on new manufacturing techniques.
• Analyzing current production metrics.
• Identifying optimal process improvement methodologies.
• Evaluating output under revised practices.
• Promoting efficiency and safety within the facility.

Qualifications:
QUALIFICATIONS/EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:
• Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering or Manufacturing Engineering

• Six Sigma Black Belt Certification

• Minimum of 5 years’ experience in a continuous improvement capacity

• Strong analytical capabilities

• Attention to detail

• Problem-solving abilities
