Job Overview


The PMX Central Activation division offers essential support to our PM Agency Teams and Clients in executing digital media initiatives that require expert handling.

As we expand rapidly in the digital landscape, we are seeking a skilled and driven Programmatic Media Supervisor to enhance our media best practices and standard operating procedures across diverse Programmatic & Ad Operations (TAAG) account teams.


The ideal candidate will collaborate with team members within our global delivery network and engage with partner Central Activation teams to facilitate communication and workflow, as well as media activation across various buying platforms and ad servers. This role requires working cross-functionally to ensure that Media Standards are maintained to the highest level.

You will report directly to the Director of Central Activation.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with internal US and Publicis Global Delivery teams to provide Programmatic account teams with strategic media recommendations and operational efficiencies.
  • Review and enhance efficient workflows for collaboration between agency counterparts and global support teams.
  • Deliver proactive media insights to clients.
  • Contribute to the establishment of campaign goals, strategies, and methods to define success metrics and KPIs.
  • Assist in troubleshooting ad server issues and creative delivery within PGD's Media Buys.
  • Identify opportunities to refine current processes and enhance internal team capabilities.
  • Build relationships with Global Teams, advocating for Cross-Cultural Collaboration and Learning.
  • Partner with Media Channel Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) within the team to ensure ongoing education and future-proofing of the media activation team.
  • Support the troubleshooting and quality assurance of media campaigns.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of media technology buying platforms, ad servers, and analytical tools.
  • Promote awareness of PMX Automation Tools and Central Activation Standard Operating Procedures among global delivery counterparts.
  • Assist with daily campaign tasks, including DSP or Ad Server reporting, performance optimization, inventory troubleshooting, and audience segmentation.
  • Collaborate with the Project Management team to advance projects and support a streamlined operational approach.
