We are seeking a highly motivated and organized individual to join our overnight team as a Customer Service Representative. The successful candidate will be responsible for creating a positive member experience, processing membership accounts, and ensuring a smooth closure process.

Main Responsibilities
  • Provide top-notch customer service through phone calls, in-person interactions, and email correspondence.
  • Process new member sign-ups, check-ins, and account updates while maintaining the highest level of accuracy.
  • Conduct club tours, provide fitness orientations, and promote Planet Fitness services and programs.
  • Maintain a clean and organized work environment, adhering to Planet Fitness standards.
Requirements and Qualifications
  • A strong passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Basic computer proficiency and ability to learn new systems quickly.
  • Punctuality, reliability, and a commitment to working effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • High School diploma/GED equivalent required; prior customer service or sales experience preferred.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds occasionally and stand/walk throughout the shift.
Compensation and Benefits

$13.25 per hour, with opportunities for growth and advancement within the company.
