Job Overview

Evolving the guest experience is at the forefront of our operations, and we're seeking a skilled Ramp Captain to lead the charge. As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for orchestrating the service experience for hotel guests, ensuring that our site's service standards are met or exceeded.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain a professional demeanor with all guests, hotel staff, and coworkers
  • Acknowledge and greet guests within 30 seconds of arrival to create a positive first impression
  • Deliver exceptional guest service, addressing their needs and concerns in a timely and courteous manner
  • Open vehicle and hotel doors for guests, check in arriving guests, and explain parking and retrieval procedures
  • Run at top speed to park and retrieve vehicles while driving safely and cautiously
  • Maintain accuracy and composure while handling guest complaints and difficult situations
  • Use proper phone etiquette and maintain a clean, neat work environment
  • Conduct effective room presentations, assist with delivery and pickup of items, and provide directions and information to guests

Requirements:

  • Associates degree, high school diploma, or GED required, or relevant working experience
  • Understanding of general business practices, including accounting, human resources, and customer service
  • Valid US driver's license and 2+ years of experience in valet parking, management, or a related field
  • Experience with HRIS platforms, customer service, and strong technology proficiency
