As a Banquet Houseperson at Conrad Hotels & Resorts, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional guest experiences. This position requires a high level of attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
• Maintain the cleanliness and organization of banquet, meeting, and conference areas to meet established standards.
• Clean and maintain equipment, report any defects, and ensure that all areas are well-stocked with supplies.
• Project a professional image to guests and team members, providing exceptional service and support as needed.
• Assist the back-of-house team as required, ensuring seamless operations and efficient service delivery.
• Manage the setup and execution of food and beverage functions, ensuring timely and accurate delivery of services.
Requirements
• Basic knowledge of meeting room setup, service standards, guest relations, and etiquette.
• Familiarity with table settings and service ware.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment and adapt to changing situations.
• Physical stamina to lift and move equipment, as well as stand for long periods.
