About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Territory Sales Representative to join our team at Benco Dental. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and building strong relationships with our customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to drive revenue growth and achieve sales targets
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, vendors, and Benco teammates
  • Prospect for new business opportunities and identify potential sales leads
  • Travel to customer sites to provide sales support and build relationships
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends, market dynamics, and product offerings
  • Collaborate with regional teammates to achieve customer goals and solve customer or internal issues
  • Utilize technology and data tools to optimize sales performance and efficiency
Requirements
  • Minimum of 2 years of successful sales experience
  • Possess a dependable vehicle, valid driver's license, and an acceptable driving record
  • Ability to travel in assigned territory daily, as required for customers, vendors, and Benco teammates
What We Offer

We offer a competitive compensation package, including a minimum annualized compensation plan of $50k/year + monthly allowance. Our commission structure is unlimited, with opportunities to earn more based on sales performance.
