About the Role:

Rite-Hite is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Representative to join our team. As a Sales Representative, you will be responsible for growing our new construction business in the state of Washington.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to grow existing accounts and secure new customers
  • Represent Rite-Hite's various lines of products and services to architects, developers, and contractors
  • Build and maintain productive business relationships with customers
  • Develop solid territory business plans and effectively cover territories on a daily basis

Requirements:

  • 4-year degree and a minimum of 3 years of successful outside sales experience in an industrial or commercial setting
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills
  • Ability to build productive business relationships and develop solid territory business plans
  • Good mechanical aptitude and knowledge of the territory and its customer base

Compensation and Benefits:

  • Competitive salary range of $70,000 - $100,000 + commission
  • Geographic differentials considered in areas of higher cost of living
  • Nine paid holidays and up to two weeks of vacation (pro-rated based on hire date within the first year of employment)
  • Additional paid time off based on tenure
