About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced VP or SVP of Business Development Operations to join our Growth team. This role will focus on developing new strategic systems and protocols to support the growth of our business, driving new business outreach, and providing expert counsel on business growth strategies.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement systems, databases, and processes to support new business growth across Orchestra and its agencies
  • Support the development of business development strategies across the organization
  • Lead multiple projects simultaneously, coordinating with cross-functional teams and agencies
  • Partner with agency management teams to develop and inspire growing teams of strategists
  • Directly manage and mentor staff, providing strategic direction and feedback
Requirements
  • 7-10+ years of professional experience in business development, ideally in a communications or marketing agency
  • Excellent project management skills, with the ability to prioritize work streams and track progress
  • Expert multitasking skills, with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously
  • Experience in leading and mentoring a diverse team, with a demonstrated ability to motivate and manage teams to meet objectives
  • Track record of successfully creating scalable processes and solutions
What We Offer
  • Competitive salary range: $130,000-$215,000
  • Eligible for an end-of-year bonus based on firm, team, and individual performance
