Route Sales Professional

As a Route Sales Professional at Bimbo Bakeries USA, you will be responsible for merchandising, stocking, and maintaining the quality of our products on store shelves. You will also drive sales through the acquisition of new display space and by using sales data to establish store-level plans.
Key Responsibilities:
- Merchandise and stock products on store shelves to ensure best quality and freshness.
- Drive sales through the acquisition of new display space and by using sales data to establish store-level plans.
- Build effective customer relationships and follow up on new account opportunities.
- Introduce new products and services to maximize sales and shelf space within existing accounts.
- Conduct daily route settlement procedures to account for all products, invoices, and cash.
- Drive company route truck safely and complete DOT daily log and submit other documentation on time.
Requirements:
- Must be at least 21 years of age or older.
- Must have a valid driver's license with a safe driving record.
- Must be able to acquire and maintain a DOT medical card.
- Must be able to climb, push/pull, bend, stoop, and kneel for extended periods.
- 1-3 years of related experience in DSD (Direct Sales Distribution) is preferred.
