Senior Sales Operations Manager

About the Role
We are seeking a highly motivated Sales and Revenue Growth Specialist to join our team at Twenty Four Seven Hotels. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth and profitability through effective sales strategies and leadership.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute quarterly sales plans to drive revenue growth and achieve/exceed sales targets.
- Motivate and coach the sales team to achieve maximum results and provide guidance on best practices.
- Conduct competitive set assessments and identify key targets to optimize sales efforts.
- Cultivate relationships with existing clients and develop new business opportunities through daily prospecting, outside sales calls, e-communications, referrals, and networking.
- Collaborate with the General Manager, Regional Director of Sales, and Revenue Manager to ensure pricing and revenue strategies are aligned with market conditions.
Requirements:
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A minimum of 3 years of experience as a Director of Sales at a like-sized property, preferably with premium-branded, select-service hotel experience.
- Strong leadership and professional image, with excellent decision-making ability and analytical skills.
- Ability to work flexible schedules, including weekends and holidays, and possess strong multi-tasking skills.
- Bachelor's degree from a four-year college or university or equivalent education/experience.
