KPMG is a leading professional services firm that provides audit, tax, and advisory services to organizations in various industries. We are seeking a Manager, Price Strategy to join our Growth and Strategy organization.

As a Manager, Price Strategy, you will be responsible for defining, developing, and overseeing alternative fee arrangement programs to transition the firm away from time and material pricing towards value-based strategies. You will also manage the creation and implementation of pricing value-based and offer configuration programs, including content creation, value benefit analytics, and conversion efforts. In this role, you will lead cross-functional stakeholder alignment and team leadership to ensure the successful execution of pricing strategies. You will work closely with the Pricing and Commercial Enablement organization to align function and service unit leadership with strategic plans and processes. Additionally, you will conduct research and analysis to develop price measurements across all KPMG functions, utilizing external market research and collaboration with other departments. You will drive ongoing pricing process improvement initiatives at scale, identify inefficiencies, and implement enhanced pricing processes to align with firm growth objectives and market dynamics. You will also act with integrity, professionalism, and personal responsibility to uphold KPMG's respectful and courteous work environment. Responsibilities:

Qualifications:
Minimum five years of recent experience in a pricing role or related field

Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university required; Master of Business Administration or relevant Master's degree from an accredited college or university preferred

Experience within a professional services firm or strategic pricing function, with a demonstrated leadership career path acceleration

Proficiency in at least two or more of the following consulting areas: service pricing strategy development, scenario planning, CRM or CPQ implementation support, operational and performance improvement, or other relevant pricing experience

Proven track record in coaching and mentoring others to succeed, with demonstrated experience in team development and leadership; ability to handle stressful situations with perseverance and professionalism

Experience with pricing strategy and program implementations; strong skills in Microsoft Office Suite such as Excel, Access, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook, Teams; with working knowledge of Alteryx, Power BI, and/or Tableau
