The Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Engagement Director to lead our client projects and drive business growth. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing multiple workstreams, creating client-ready deliverables, and providing strategic guidance to clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the day-to-day execution of client projects, guiding individual team members and ensuring successful project outcomes.
  • Partner with internal Norstella resources to support implementation opportunities across the Norstella family of companies.
  • Exhibit a client-first mentality, providing responsive updates on market events and facilitating discussions to support opportunity for follow-on work.
  • Maintain and update client and project documentation, adhering to Norstella standards regarding engagement management, project delivery, and team collaborations.
Requirements
  • 5-6 years of experience in life sciences strategy consulting and program management, with an emphasis in Real World Data Strategy or similar roles within biopharmaceutical/pharmaceutical commercialization.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple workstreams/teams at one time and create complete, client-ready deliverables with creative analyses for partner review.
  • Demonstrated deep understanding and breadth of experiences across the market access and real-world data landscape.
  • Experience in mentorship and development of junior managers and associates.
  • Comprehensive understanding of life science and pharmaceutical engagement strategies and tactics, acting as a thought partner to clients.
  • Significant experience with data analytics and quantitative models to support strategic client engagements.

  • Competitive base salary ranging from $160,000 to $240,000, with discretionary bonus opportunities.
