Job Summary

The IT Project Manager at Bryan Health leads cross-functional project teams to implement IT infrastructure and application initiatives. Key responsibilities include developing project plans, maintaining relationships with customers, and delivering software systems or process change deployments.

Principal Job Functions:
1. *Demonstrate commitment to Bryan Health's mission, vision, and core values.
2. *Provide successful leadership in the timely delivery of medium and small projects.
3. *Stay current with healthcare industry trends, project management practices, and methodologies.
4. *Create and manage project schedules to ensure overall project success.
5. Adhere to internal Project Management best practices and PMP methodology.
6. *Identify project scope, goals, objectives, requirements, and limitations.
7. *Collaborate with Senior IT Project Managers on assigned projects.
8. Recognize and respect diverse team member ideas and perspectives.
9. *Develop quality improvement planning and measurement cycles.
10. *Plan, execute, and manage project tasks and deliverables.
11. Advance work knowledge through continuing education and development opportunities.
12. Perform other related duties as assigned.

Education and Experience:
An Associate's degree in computer science, business, or a relevant area of study is required. A Bachelor's degree is preferred. Certification in Project Management is also preferred. A minimum of five to seven years of experience leading small to moderate projects using established project management methodologies is required. Prior experience in the healthcare industry is preferred.
