About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Sales Account Manager to join our team at Synopsys. As a key member of our enterprise sales team, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth and building strong relationships with our strategic customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute complex sales campaigns to drive revenue growth and expand our market presence.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with executive, senior technical management, and key contributor levels of our enterprise customers.
  • Uncover customer requirements and link them to positive business outcomes through effective value-based selling.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver innovative solutions that meet customer needs and drive business outcomes.
  • Provide valuable insights and feedback to inform product development and strategy.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field.
  • Minimum of 10 years of technical sales and/or business development experience.
  • Background in semiconductor chip design, preferably with large customers designing complex SOCs.
  • Deep knowledge of IC Implementation and Verification flows and methodologies.
  • Experience in value-based selling and the ability to communicate complex technical data to a broad range of customers.
